with Stacey Hallal
One day class
Sunday 11 September, 2022
10:00-16:00
ImproBubble Pop Up, 54 Rue de la Tulipe
What you'll learn
In this workshop, you will learn the Curious Comedy approach to long form improvisation – a delicious blend of the best ingredients from Chicago improv institutions (Second City, iO, Annoyance, and ComedySprotz), Canada’s Keith Johnstone (Theatresports/Loose Moose), and New York’s UCB – plus a dash of European clown and storytelling.
You’ll start with a fresh take on the building blocks of solid scenework, learn the differences between game and relationship, and explore dynamic storytelling – all in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment.
