About this drop-in
Like all of our Thursday online drop-ins, this session is aimed at more experienced improvisers.
There are probably 99 ways to get ‘unstuck’ during a scene, and although the fairest answer to this question would be to say ‘Try! Do! Explore!’, I’m aiming on giving you a couple of tricks and tools of how to get unstuck when you see a scene isn’t going anywhere. Whether you are on stage or off, there is always something you can do to bring back that spark!
€10, paid on the day (no need to book in advance).
Email us if you have any questions.
About Charlotte de Metsenaere
Charlotte is a well known all-rounder in the Belgian improvisation scene. At the early age of 14, she was thrown into the impro field and it changed her life.
15 years later, Charlotte works as an actor, teacher and director, in and out of Belgium. She is the co-founder of the Leuven improvisation school, an active member of Inspinazie, Swaajp, Prism, Ohana and the Werewolves international cast. In 2014, she founded her own company called Zeggedis (Flemish for : 'Tell me!') to teach applied improvisation.
Charlotte also brings her Masters degree in Communications into the art, by offering workshops about feedback. Travelling abroad is a passion of hers and, like any proper Belgian, she loves chocolate. She needs stuff to be in the right place (her friends call her Monica), and she loves people who see the beauty in everyday life.
